TRACKING
All shipping methods (where applicable) have tracking. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers. All tracking numbers (where applicable) can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out.
Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn't necessarily mean the shipment is lost.
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPIED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
Please note we can't ship to armed forces (APO / FPO).

Depending on the product you order, it might arrive from a different location within the USA.That being said - for every order that exceeds 150 EUR, there will be additional VAT on your order when it reaches the customs in the country you are situated.
